Expertise grounded in
real school experience.
Founded by experienced education professionals, RISE Educators brings together more than 35 years of combined experience across UK and international schools, school leadership, SEND, pastoral practice, teacher education and professional development.
We bring together research, professional expertise and real-world experience to help schools, educators and families navigate the changing demands of education with greater confidence, clarity and capacity.
Our purpose
Education is changing rapidly. Schools are navigating increasing complexity across inclusion, SEND, student and staff wellbeing, professional workload, accountability, technology and the changing needs of young people. We believe the strongest responses are grounded in evidence, shaped by context and focused on what can make a meaningful difference in practice.
Our work brings together specialist expertise across inclusion, wellbeing, professional development and the future of education, with our offer continuing to evolve in response to what schools, educators and families need.
We are also exploring what education needs to look like in an increasingly AI-shaped world. This means considering not only how AI can support teaching, learning and efficiency, but also the wider questions around ethics, equity, inclusion, human connection and the skills young people will need for the future.
“We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We work alongside the people who understand their context best, helping them make informed decisions, build sustainable approaches and turn ideas into meaningful practice.”
